Airbnb Cleaning Checklist

This list represents our all-inclusive cleaning services for Airbnb properties. We maintain consistent quality and do not alter our pricing by removing any services. Our work reflects our company’s commitment to excellence, and we value your understanding.

General Cleaning

  •    Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and decor.
  •    Vacuum or sweep and mop all floors.
  •    Wipe down light switches, doorknobs, and handles.
  •    Empty and replace trash bags* in all bins.

Kitchen

  • Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplashes.
  • Clean the inside and outside of appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher).
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and glassware.
  • Check and refill kitchen essentials (dish soap, sponges, trash bags*).

Bathrooms

  • Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, and faucets.
  • Scrub and disinfect toilets, including the bowl and seat.
  • Clean and disinfect showers, tubs, and tiles.
  • Replace used towels with clean ones.
  • Restock bathroom amenities (toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner*).

Bedrooms

  • Change and make the beds with clean linens.
  • Dust and clean all surfaces, including nightstands and dressers.
  • Vacuum carpets or clean rugs.
  • Check and replace any burnt-out light bulbs*

Living Areas

  • Dust and clean all surfaces, including coffee tables and entertainment centers.
  • Vacuum upholstery and under cushions.
  • Removal of light stains on furniture. Deeply ingrained stains not included.
  • Check and replace remote batteries if needed.
  • Ensure adequate lighting in the room.

Windows & Mirrors

  • Clean windows from inside.
  • Wipe down and polish mirrors.

Laundry

  • Wash and dry all used bedding, towels, and linens.
  • Fold and store clean linens.
  • Check for stains and treat as necessary. Deeply ingrained stains not included.

Outdoor Areas (If Applicable)

  • Sweep and clean outdoor patios, decks, or balconies.
  • Clean and arrange outdoor furniture.
  • Remove debris and leaves from driveway, front walk, front and back porch.

Restocking Supplies*

  • Check and restock all supplies* such as toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials from utility closet.
  • Ensure there are enough sets of clean towels and linens available for the next guests.

Inspection & Quality Control

  • Conduct a final inspection to ensure everything is clean, organized, and in good working order.
  • Notify you of any issues or deficiencies found during the inspection.

*As the host, you’ll be responsible for supplying all the essential items your guests might need, including toiletries, dish soap, on-site trash bags, laundry soap, etc. Rest assured, when it comes to cleaning, you can rely on us to arrive fully equipped with our own supplies, guaranteeing that your guests’ stay remains spotless and delightful.
